Harun Al Rasyid Zain

Harun Al Rasyid Zain, also known as Datuk Sinaro (Jawi: ; 1 March 192719 October 2014), was an Indonesian academics, economist and bureaucrat. He served as the Minister of Manpower and Transmigration in the Third Development Cabinet and for two periods (1967-1977) he was the governor of West Sumatra.
